Remember how good it feels when you’re really ‘in the zone’? Your performance flowed, you were totally at ease and everything just came naturally. But, if you’re reading this page, you’ve almost certainly moved outside of your comfort zone into a discomfort zone. It’s often caused by the pressures to perform at a certain level, along with outside expectations and financial pressures, leading to anxiety and self-doubt.
You may be someone committed and focussed who strives to be the best, but somehow not achieving your full potential. You may be struggling psychologically with injuries, or contemplating life outside sport. Whatever your challenges I have considerable experience in being able to give you tools and strategies to get you on the way back to performing at your best.
Often these challenges are a combination of sport specific pressure and outside issues that impact performance. As a county level sports person myself, and with qualifications that cover both counselling and performance, I can support you across a whole spectrum of issues, always with a goal of moving you back towards not only performing to your best, but even improving your performance long-term.
